My name is Claudio Bravetti, and I have been a surveyor in Foligno since 2020. I attended the ITT Leonardo da Vinci in Foligno (formerly Geometri) and continued my education in Siena, where I obtained a degree in Linguistic Mediation with an experimental thesis on the safety of foreigners on construction sites in Umbria.
This path provided me with in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and improved my English language skills, enabling me to assist international clients interested in real estate investments in Italy.
During my university studies, I gained experience as an intern at the Michele Tardioli technical office in Foligno. In 2022, I also obtained the qualification of certified surveyor for safety on construction sites (C.S.P./C.S.E.).
Today, I work as a freelancer registered with the Perugia Association of Surveyors 5764 and offer my experience and skills to those who want to take care of their properties, with a special focus on safety on construction sites and the use of technology to ensure the best results in the shortest possible time.
My services are aimed at both private individuals and professionals from real estate agencies looking for a surveyor to handle the building permits required for buying and selling property. I can also act as a safety coordinator.
Among the procedures for cadastral purposes, I can handle the preparation of paperwork relating to subdivisions, registrations, changes, divisions, and other operations involving the relevant local offices.
