A qualified professional must first assess the client's needs, thoroughly analyze each specific case, and integrate the most suitable technologies. For this reason, I see the work of a surveyor as a responsibility that begins well before the construction site. My job is to listen and evaluate, always providing honest advice, even when this means discouraging certain practices. This approach translates into 3 cornerstones of my working method.
